Frontier Airlines has reportedly expanded a codeshare partnership with the Mexican low-cost carrier Volaris. As part of the agreement, two low-cost airlines will cover four new routes between the United States and Mexico, according to a report by Aeroroutes.
The news comes almost a year after both budget airlines resumed their codeshare partnership in order to offer better connectivity in the US-Mexico market.

According to the report, Frontier and Volaris will be sharing flight codes on routes between:

Monterrey International Airport (MTY) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), Texas
Monterrey International Airport (MTY) and Houston (IAH), Texas
Monterrey International Airport (MTY) and Miami International Airport (MIA), Florida
These codeshare flights will operate throughout the summer of 2025, with a gradual start beginning on March 20, 2025. All four routes will be operated by Volaris, but customers will be able to book the flights through the Frontier Arirlines webpage.
