Blooming redbuds and dogwoods have us daydreaming about fly fishing, and also about seeing some great fly fishing cinema.
We will scratch that itch at the Fly Fishing Film Tour April 4 at the Central Arkansas Library System’s Ron Robinson Auditorium in Little Rock.
The Fly Fishing Film Tour is one of our favorite events. It features independently produced fly fishing films from around the world.
This year’s lineup will take us trout fishing in the American West, to Florida’s Gulf Coast, to the upper Mississippi River and to our own White River, where a crew of hard-charging anglers spend a week chasing giant brown trout at night. This will be the second consecutive year to feature a night fishing trout trip on the White River.
There will also be films shot in the Bahamas, the Western Pacific and deep in South America.
