The world of bodybuilding recognizes Chris Bumstead as the Classic Physique icon. The year-long hard work and workout regime finally paid off when CBum dominated the stage of Mr. Olympia 2022. Interestingly, the bodybuilder has already walked his fans through his disciplined workout and dietary regimen through his Youtube channel. However, recently the Canadian also shared his morning routine with the bodybuilding fraternity.

Chris Bumstead’s morning routine
In the latest Instagram post of The Vitamin Shoppe, Chris Bumstead was seen sharing his forenoon schedule with the fans. Captioning the reel, The Vitamin Shoppe penned, “If you’ve ever wondered how bodybuilding icon CBum starts the day, look no further. Listen in as the Get Raw Nutrition co-founder takes us through the play-by-play of his morning routine”.

As per the reel, the 27-year-old’s morning routine “is very structured”. Adding details to his schedule, CBum shared, “I wake up, brush my teeth, drink a lot of water”. Forthwith, the Classic Physique icon records the video of his poses and sends it to his coach, so “he can see where I am at”, added Chris.

The next thing that follows in CBum’s sunrise regimen is, “I also take my weight”, in order to keep a log of the fluctuation of his weight throughout the week. Thereafter, CBum’s list continues with coffee, cardio, breakfast, and then shower.
What’s in CBum’s breakfast platter?

After performing his morning ritual, the 27-year-old then drinks his coffee and performs a 45-minute-long cardio. Post his cardio routine, CBum makes himself a healthy platter of breakfast, “I make myself some oats and some eggs and some beautiful egg whites”, in order to achieve healthy dietary satiety. Forthwith breakfast, the bodybuilder performs some stretching exercises and then takes a shower.
