The Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ CAD-based renders surfaced quite recently. They gave us the very first look at those two devices, and the same just happened with the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
OnLeaks partnered up with Smartprix to deliver these images. That is the same source that shared the other two sets of images, though with different partnerships thrown into the mix.
This is your first look at the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
The Galaxy S23 and S23+ are very similar to their predecessors, with different rear camera design. Well, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is even more similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, than the other two phones are to their predecessors.

The phone retains flat top and bottom sides, with considerable curves on the sides. Its display will be curved once again, and the front and back sides will be proportional.
The rear camera design is also very similar, even the placement of the cameras themselves. The same goes for the overall size. The source claims the Galaxy S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.8mm. Those are its rough dimensions. The Galaxy S22 Ultra, in comparison, measures 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9mm.
It will have the slimmest bezels of any Galaxy S series phone thus far
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will trim down its bezels a bit, though. It is said that it will have the slimmest bezels we’ve seen in the Galaxy S series phone thus far.

The source also claims that the device will bring improvements in terms of peak brightness, color accuracy, screen reflectance, and HDR performance. So, in other words, we’ll get an even better display this time around.
Both its volume rocker buttons and power/lock key will be placed on the right side. A Type-C port will sit at the bottom, along with the phone’s SIM card tray.
A display camera hole is here once again, and it’s centered. The phone itself will be made out of metal and glass, as was its predecessor. If you’d like to take a closer look, check out the gallery below.
