Thompson was gunned down on West 54th Street in early December just blocks away from The Post’s Midtown newsroom. Mangione, an Ivy League-educated tech whiz who railed about the health care industry in his manifesto, was arrested in Pennsylvania following a five-day manhunt.
He now faces state and federal charges, including murder as an act of terrorism and stalking.
