12. Queen Elizabeth in the light blue dress
Impossible to close this 2022 retrospective without mentioning Queen Elizabeth II. The long-lived sovereign died in September, shortly after celebrating the Jubilee for 70 years on her throne. On that occasion, the last official portrait of her was taken, in a powder blue overcoat embroidered in white and silver. The perfect synthesis of a long reign made up of colorful coats, hats and a tireless sense of duty.
