The Erie Times-News, Seaway Window and AHN Sports Medicine sponsored high school athlete of the week polls throughout the PIAA’s 2025-26 winter season.
Those specific polls for District 10’s male and female athletes will resume in early April, when the state’s spring season is underway in full.
Until then, special best-of-the-best ballots will be posted. Each will include victors during the winter polls, with this week’s consisting of the male victors who competed in basketball, swimming and indoor track and field.
The Times-News conducted separate polls for boys and girls wrestling.
In cases where a school had multiple victors, its nominee was based on the athlete who received the most individual votes.
This week’s poll will run March 23 at 5 p.m. through March 25 at 5 p.m. The winter male candidates are:
