Monday, high pressure slides to our southeast, helping to steer warmer air from our south in our direction. Expect highs in the 80s to start the workweek!
Ahead of a cold front, winds pick up Monday and Tuesday. The front does not move through the Midlands until late Tuesday. At this time, the front looks to be a dry one for our area, so no rain is forecast for now. In fact, it may be next week before our next best chance for rain arrives.
